“I want to say that Mr. Cleary was a doll, he was very understanding about my requests and the fact I did not have all the things I needed for the sitting, he was fine with that so I would like to thank him for his time, not to mention the beautiful pictures he took of my family, children and grand kids. Again thank you.” Judy McCullah, Dayton, Ohio
“Mr. Cleary, you did a wonderful job photographing my daughter Alexa. She was absolutely at ease and totally enjoyed her shoot. You went over and above the call of duty. I will be telling everyone about your services for the photos, they are absolutely gorgeous. The price of the photos is much more reasonable than any other I have encountered. I do want to thank you again and plan on using your services again in the future.” Sandy DeHaven, Dayton, Ohio
"The photographs Dan has given us have always been beautiful. It is amazing just how good they really are. We did the first year baby plan with Dan and at MaKayla’s 9 month session, she wasn’t in a good mood so we thought there would only be 1 or 2 decent photographs, but there were so many really great shots that we couldn’t believe it. Dan is a true artist, he really makes children feel comfortable. I guess that’s why he always gets such good expressions and that’s why we like him so much.” Tyler & Monica Kingdom, Springboro, Ohio
"It's a major endeavor to redesign a business website and especially challenging when it's for a law firm with hundreds of lawyers. We selected Dan because of his experience, photographic style and attention to detail. Dan did an excellent job on the photographs and in managing the project to completion."
Ellen Geron, Regional Growth Manager, Thompson Hine LLP

Medical students have a lot on their plate. All that studying, and then they are asked to provide a portrait when submitting their residency application. You may be thinking,”I have a friend with a camera, I’ll just ask them to take a picture of me against a wall”. How professional does that look? No very! You need a professional headshot taken by a professional photographer. I have a photography studio with professional lighting. I have years of experience at getting the best expression for people. The number on question medical students ask is “Can you take out the bags under my eyes?’ Yes, I know exactly how to retouch your image to take out those sleepy looking dark circles, without you looking like a model. You’ll look natural, you’ll look your best. The three things that are asked about the photograph you submit are,
• It must be in the Joint Photographic Experts Group (JPEG) format. • The maximum file size accepted is 100 KB. • It must be no larger than 2.5 by 3.5 inches in size.
I know exactly how to give you the professional portrait you need. The process is very simple. Call the studio at 937-298-6776. Schedule a time that is convenient for you. We'll look at the photographs immediately so you can pick out your best image. I then take that image, do my magic enhancement, and email you the finished portrait ready to submit in a couple days. If you have an urgent deadline I cane have the finished portrait read in 24 hour. Don't worry about this part of your medical residency application. I can help you look your best. I really enjoy photographing high school seniors here is the Beavercreek area. Here are a few of my recent high school senior photography sessions. Logan is a senior this year a Beavercreek high school and Cara goes to Carrol high school.
Cara wanted to do all her photographs outdoors at a park. We choose to do all her photographs at Smith Garden in Oakwood. Smith Garden is a beautiful location and I have used it often. The folks with Oakwood keep the park in great condition. The flowers are in bloom for more than half the year. Cara wanted to do multiple outfit changes so I had to bring a portable changing room. We had a gorgeous day with direct sun so my lighting was simple, a silver reflector to add light to her face and a white reflector to add pop to her blue eyes.
Logan wanted to do both in studio and outdoor photographs. I created a series of photographs using different backgrounds in the studio. I also did a few photographs using natural winds light. We then went outside the studio and finished the session outdoors using many different locations right around the building. Some were urban and some were natural settings.
There are appointments available for the late summer and this fall. I am offering a fall, back to school discount. 50% off you session photography fee. Give me a call at the studio 937-298-6776 with any questions or to schedule your appointment. To see more of my high school senior photographs go to ClearyCreativePhoto.com/HighSchoolSeniorPortraits.
We have a big announcement here at Cleary Creative Portraits. We are now offering a new style of portraits. They are called Powdered Painting Photographs. These photographs can be produced from a studio portrait or a location portrait. This is a PhotoShop technique that allows me to be creative with individual portraits. This will make a beautiful wall portrait.
